How to make money in the hard times

AVON works by taking on people (Representatives) whom either sell the products from AVON brochure by showing them to friends/family/colleges and if they want territory. AVON have small targets for their Representatives to achieve, of which the Representative will get a percentage of. The targets are easy if the Representative is willing to help themselves. Then every three weeks the Representative will then put the customer orders onto the AVON site they have, order it. A delivery comes then the Representative will deliver the product to his/her customers collecting the money then paying AVON. This too is very simple as AVON have taken the time to explain what the Representative needs to pay and what they take out of it. It is a very flexible job and can be worked to the Representatives advantage if they are hard working and reliable to their customers.

The Representative also has the opportunity to go into SALES LEADERSHIP. This all about managing their own teams, training them, helping them and earning money from the sales of their teams. AVON can become a lucrative business if the Representative/Sales Leader can really push themselves.

Sales Leadership also has small targets, slightly higher then the Representative but the prospects of earning lots more money is very high. As a Sales Leader I have heard stories about AVON but I can assure you, if you are thinking of joining us AVON is a wonderful opportunity.

there is only two small non out of pocket fees of £7.50 this comes straight out of the first two commissions it does not come out of your pocket. Every Representative had paid it. You have to become a Representative to become a Sales Leader, and as a Sales Leader you can go up the ladder until you reach the top.

Men are also welcome, More and more men are becoming AVON Representatives nowadays in order to become Sales Leaders. For both AVON Representatives and Sales Leader their are wonderful opportunities which you can achieve. AVON DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS. And they are improving their company in every way they can think all the time.

As a Representative their is lots of online and face to face training you are not in business alone, you always have some one helping you. If your not great on the internet your Sales Leader will help and train you. There is also a phone line avaible to help you as well as online and you Sales Leader.

AVON can also be used as a hobby, it is for anyone of any age, and works around you. It does need hard work and does have to be built over time.

AVON Representatives.

• Knock doors and ask people on the area if they would like a brochure (this works best) if you don't like knocking just push the brochure through the door, with a slip saying the day you are collecting and explaining to the potential customer to leave it on the door step.
• show the brochure to people they know such as friends/ family and colleagues
• Give out samples to customers they already have, this does work
• can throw AVON parties at the customers home
• can throw AVON parties at their home

AVON parties are great to earn more money. You can do lots of different things at these. sell products if you have any, paint children's nails if you have a children's party, do a raffle to earn a little extra cash. Get new Representatives on board, Sell AVON to customers and gain new customers from the family and friends of the customers you have. All you have to do is maybe provide very light snacks for the people at the party, some tester products, pens, order forms and brochures you could get big sales in one night having a good time. Parties last around a few hours you don't have to much but just be there. You may find they don't ask that many questions. Then all you do is give a percentage off for your hostess and ask her to collect all monies by a certain date for you to give her the products.
